My mission to improve and revolutionize tequila from the ground up was my inspiration to produce Casazul tequila. Produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, mineral-rich volcanic clay soil allows the blue agave to grow and mature before harvesting. We only select the best piña before the slow roasting process. The result is tequila that is smoother, richer, and uncompromising quality.
With our commitment to the sustainability of the agave plant and our environment, our process uses 50% less electricity and 60% less water than most distilleries. To further aid in the process to fertilize the land, the processed agave pigeon is reintroduced in the agave fields.
